Partners in Kindness

Thanks to the kindness of Kelsey’s Dream, the Bacon family was able to pass on a bit of kindness to the pediatric oncology unity at Westchester Hospital in Valhalla, NY.

Recently one of our 2015 CBAOK Award winners, Kylie Kuhns, presented to the Bacon family a case of special play therapy toys from Kelsey’s Dream, an organization founded by Kylie’s family in memory of their daughter. The therapy toy is called Hopper the Cancer Crusher and has been distributed by Kylie and her team to pediatric oncology hospitals across the country.

It was a special delight to deliver these special therapy toys to the staff at the Maria Fareri children’s unit at Westchester Hospital. We’re grateful for the privilege of being able to partner in kindness with Kelsey’s Dream in memory of our Charlotte as well.
